Leptospirosis is a widespread zoonotic disease, but the lack of an adequate laboratory test is a major barrier for diagnosis. The authors attempted to identify new targets that could be used as diagnostic markers by constructing a protein microarray chip with 61% of Leptospira interrogan proteom and investigated the IgG responses.
